Unique 3 Year Warranty Replacement Program

Zoot Scooters and Bikes’ group has announced a unique Replacement Warranty Program which provides full warranty on all non-consumable parts as of 12th
of February, 2008.

In the event the gear box and/or engine are found to be faulty, Zoot Scooters
will replace those components at its cost within a period of 3 years or 10,000 km (which ever comes first), from the time of the first road registration.

This unique warranty to the Australian Motoring Society is provided to customers who adhere to the terms and conditions of the Zoot Scooters Warranty Program.
The Replacement Warranty Program covers all Zoot Scooters models sold in each
of its retail and dealer outlets.

The warranty includes the labor and replacement of all parts to make good the
bike or scooter, providing:

• The motor bike or scooter has been put into initial service by Zoot Scooters staff or one of its authorized distributors.
• The vehicle has been properly maintained during the period of use by
  the customer.
• That only the recommended fuels and oils and lubricants are used
  in the vehicles.
• That the vehicle be properly maintained and used on bituminized roads.
• The vehicle has been properly run in and due care taken not to exceed recommended engine revs during the running in period.
• The owner provides proof of purchase.

9. Parts damaged through incorrect use or other abuse such as using
   the vehicle for purposes for which it was not intended
10. Damage due to over loading
11. Work or modifications carried out by others than an authorized Zoot personnel or their distributors.
12. Damage caused through misuse and road accidents.
13. NOTE Kymco products 2 years only from the date of registration.
14. NOTE All dirt bikes have a 30 days warranty* only!
    *subject to terms and conditions
15. 505 standard is 12 months warranty only.
